Restaurant was recommended by B & B hosts Max and Sherri. We were warmly welcomed by our waiter `Stephanie`who presented a menu of local and international cuisine. Forcing myself to break away from our usual coterie of Grand Marais eateries, we gave Chez Jude a try for lunch this past week. Wow... this is one to come back to again and again. This is a 5 star place to eat. I have dined there at least 5 times and I have never been disaapointed. Quite frankly I am amazed at the service, rotating menu and the quality of the food. more

After being told there was a 50 minute wait across the street at the Angry Trout, we headed to Chez Jude for a fantastic meal. The fresh salad was wonderful with a meyer lemon- thyme dressing. We loved the duck and rainbow trout entrees. We would have loved to try dessert but our 6 year old got a bit antsy.... more
