The food was alright, a little over-priced. We waited way too long for our food, The desserts were dry and tasted like they were about a week old. Definitely not fresh. We probably won't go back. more

My husband and I were told about this restaurant from a chef friend of ours. We visited about 11.am. on Saturday and were immediately impressed by the friendly staff and cleanliness of the restaurant! The waitress suggested the Ganache Burger, since it was our first time and we ordered teas. The tea and rolls were brought out and the tea... more

I can't say that Ganache is to die for, but I do love it. The SheCrab soup is fantastic, I get it every time (although it does have it's down days now and then), and the Shrimp and Grits are so good I practically lick the plate. I also love the "ceaser" salad (the brutus i think), with a balsamic... more

L'horreur! This place is so overrated it makes me dizzy. Their cloying desserts taste as if they're fresh off a Taiwanese assembly line. Probably contain the same lead paint too. Bon appetite! more

I had a nice lunch here. The curry chicken salad (on a croissant) was very good, as was the side dish of grits. The dessert case is huge and everything looks very delicious. I love love love any cake with buttercream frosting. I have to agree with the other reviewers that their buttercream frosting is way heavy on the lard/shortening... more

A new, revitalized dinner and lunch menu has propelled Ganache to be one of my new favorite restaurants in Greensboro. Im not a dessert guy, but if you are...WOW!! One shoul go there just to see their display. I go there more for dinner, where the appetizers are incredible, and the menu has unbelievable flavor pairings and the presentation is... more

While this was the original "nice" bakery in town, we're lucky to have other options like Simple Kneads and Delicious now. The muffins are great. The custom-order cakes are NOT (dry cake and fat/lardy icing with no flavor). Dining in is "okay" but overpriced for what you get. Other than yummy muffins, it's all show and no substance. more

Ganache has mediocre food, wonderful coffee, and extremely overrated desserts. Their version of ganache tastes like Betty Crocker's tub frosting. more
