Very nice place with amazing staff. Even though they don't have a breakfast menu they prepared sth specially for me. It was delicious and very good price.
We came here for lunch, the food was delicious and well prepared. Staff were friendly and service was great. Offered to cook us vegetables when we declined rice which was a nice touch. Gave us return money for the tuk tuk back to our hotel. It is worth visiting for lunch or dinner, lovely setting and food.
Fair enough, we arrived later in the evening with a larger group, and we knew it might take a little longer to get our food. But the starters of croquettes and calamari could surely have come out sooner than 75mins after ordering... They were delicious thought. As was all the food but it took every effort to not just inhale... More

I went to Breezes for lunch and wine with a friend. The lunches were prepared fresh, ( you can see the guy making it while you sit and sip your drink) and we ordered two different wraps, ( fish and seafood) which were so tasty and potato wedges - chunky, homemade ones. The wine was lovely and cold and French.... More
My boyfriend and I stopped by Breezes for a few drinks before dinner. It was a quiet evening and we were the only customers when we arrived. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere lovely and we really enjoyed our drinks on the deck chairs. What impressed us most about this restaurant occurred long after we had left: I realised,... We had lunch here with our family. Location is slightly out of town, right at the water front. Friendly looking place, clean, more European style (owner is European) and great for relaxing and a little bit of lounging. Service was friendly, food good. Kids finished their plates of crab dumpling (very yummy) and squid in no time til the last... More
We went for dinner. My friends had crab and shrimps and fish and they all loved it. I had chicken amok and it was by far the worst (chicken) amok I've had in 2 weeks in Cambodia (and I've had loads of amok). The chicken was extremely chewy and dry and pretty much the only vegetable ingredient was onion. Sorry,... More
Breezes is away from the crab market row of restaurants and must be going for a hi end market as the prices are much higher than these other restaurants yet the offering is more of less the same, hence not really value for money. We found the view, taste and prices to be much better at Kimly.
