We were just there for the Motorcycle Rally. Amazing. We had quesadillas - one was chicken and one was roast pork. Both came with delicious and "different" sauces, as well as really delicious rice and black beans and a little bit of a marinated cucumber and onion salad. I highly recommend eating at Rolando's Restaurant in Hot Springs. The Shrimp Bohemio was the best shrimp I'd ever eaten.
