We recently enjoyed the best Japanese cuisine I have experienced outside Japan at Nishino. We ordered the "exclusive omakase" ahead of time, and we were blown away by the tastes, appearance, and service. The style was close to being kaiseki ryori, Kyoto's haute cuisine, but with Chef Nishino's creative touch with local food, his omakase becomes a unique dining experience.... more

Great Sushi in the heart of the Madison Valley. My wife and I's favorite luxury Japanese restaurant. Took a Japanese friend there they were really impressed. A bit hard on the pocketbooks. more

By far, one of the best meals I have had in Seattle- or anywhere, for that matter. We had the omakase menu. Every bite here was an experience. Amazing food. The best sashimi I have ever tasted. Just amazing. Our server was fantastic too- we admitted to not knowing much about sake, and had her choose different kinds for us... more

We had the Omikase dinner and we were served 9 courses over the course of about 2 hours. Each course featured some type of fish and everything was simply divine. The cost of this dinner was $75 per person which in my mind was a bargain considering what we had. I would return here without hesitation. more
