Tap Root offers great food (tasty, nutritious, reasonably priced), great coffee drinks, excellent service, and atmosphere. all in all the best Anchorage has to offer for dining out (and music to boot in evenings) ! Taproot is an oasis. The food is yum, the service is friendly, and the vibe is good. My favorite meal is the hummus and veggie plate with an Ahnold smoothie (so much goodness with peanut butter and coconut to boot...
