Loved this the first time my husband and I ate dinner here. Tried to replicate the experience the second time but did not enjoy what seemed to be frozen vegetables instead of grilled vegetables as i expected. Third time just ate a salad a nice spinach salad instead. Hard to say if I will go back more

We have been to Firebirds about half a dozen times and always enjoy the food and excellent service. My husband is most impressed with their shaved prime rib sandwhich. He says it's the best he's ever had and we often return just so he can order that. It's amazing! Real prime rib shavings. more

My husband and I ate at FireBird's in October. We have eaten there several times before. The prime rib was excellent. The servings are good size. The service is wonderful. The only negative is the ambient noise is loud . It makes conversations a little tough. This may come from the fact that there is an open kitchen. more

My husband and I visited Firebirds for the first time last Friday. Talk about being impressed. The restaurant first of all was beautiful, clean (including the bathrooms, there wasn't toilet paper or paper towels on the floor in any of the stalls or around the trash can), and boy did it smell good. We had dinner last night at the new Firebirds Rocky mountain Grill. This was a very good experience. Decor is like a lodge - large timbers, fireplace - the neo rustic look.
