Simple and full of personality. 5 experienced wonderful dishes. Flavored and very creative textures. Loved! Unforgettable!
We have been dining here since they were in a small old house on Piedmont Road. In the heyday of the bottomless money era, they even served lunch as this Westside location. As dining tastes and styles evolved, and the money dried up, other special occasion and fine dining spots like Seeger's, Joel, and the Dining Room at the Ritz... More
My husband and I have been wanting to eat here for over a year and finally decided to give it a try. It was definitely worth the wait and did not disappoint. You can eat as slow or quick as you want- the portions seemed small but were delicious down to the last bite & we were so full when... More
The fixed price menu was very broad and enticing. Of the top end restaurants this one is more friendly, less pretentious and less expensive than most. The food was spectacular and worthy of the top 1% in the country. The wine list is a pleasure to read and includes several reasonably priced options.
This place was recommended by a friend and this place did not disappoint at all. Got a reservation via opentable and did not have to wait at all once we arrived. The place does have a parking lot so that's very useful. This restaurant is prix fixe of 5 courses. Before the 1st course came, they gave us some cheeseballs.... More
Some of the best tasting, beautifully presented food I've had. The portions sizes were so small that we went out for more after dinner(we are very fit people who don't gorge). Felt a little rushed. Glad we went, but won't go back.
I have to say, one of the most expensive restaurants I had been to. I will never forget how each and every one of their dishes taste and their creativity! There wasn't a bite, that I was thinking this was just ok. Every dish was a huge WOW! I can't even believe these dishes were possible to be created. I... More
Bacchanalia is vastly overrated. Bacchanalia is below average. Bacchanalia is not good. Bacchanalia was the wrong choice to celebrate my wife's birthday. We've been wanting to go for years and with her birthday falling on a Saturday it seemed like the perfect time. The ambience is a bit stiff and formal for our tastes. The main server was actually impatient... More
I have dined at Bacchanalia a number of times over the years - always by invite from friends or family as I would never suggest it. The space is nice, and the food presentation is quite creative, but it ends there for me. To me , this is a way overpriced "LA" type restaurant. Atlanta has way too many 5-star... More
I really enjoy good food and have dined in some lovely places around the world - BUT I would really not go back to this place nor would I particularly recommend it. First of all, it's not very conveniently located, secondly it's over-priced, and thirdly, it's just "fussy". We were a group of 7 colleagues/friends. The fixed price menu was... More
