We were all set to go to the Turkish Ivy for a meal and decided to go to the Loft bar above it for a drink first, we were sat on the settee's over looking the restaurant and couldn't help noticing that people were waiting ages for their food. After reading all the good reviews on trip advisor, we went here on our first night in Hisaronu, well we were very disappointed. The food was nothing special. There are much nicer restaurants in the area. more

The Turkish Ivy is centrally located in Hisaronu and is good for people watching. The food is typical of that served in the many restaurants in Hisaronu. Whilst pleasant, it certainly does not compete with either the Olive Tree or Festival in terms of food quality. more

great resturant in an excellent place for people watching. the staff usually offer you some kind of freebie to get you in, ours was the lovely turkish bread. The resturant is right in the centre so great for watching whats going on. Food and service fab will be going when i visit this yr. more
