Ate at Biscuits and Blues the day before Thanksgiving. They have Blue Plate specials fo lunch. We had Hamburger Steak, Corn Casserole, Garlic Potatoes, Broccoli, and Biscuits. I felt for the first time that we were eating real food, not prepackaged stuff. Everything was made from scratch. All of the food had a great flavors. Everyone was very nice and... more

As part of a travel group about 30 of us met for lunch. This was prearranged for about a month so we expected pretty quick service since we all were getting the daily lunch plate. Choices were bbq ribs (2) or catfish(we all wondered if it really was) three sides and drink for $6.99. It took an hour to get... more

I would rate B & B above average. The food was good and reasonably priced. The entertainment was enjoyable and our server was very pleasant. more

We were in Natchez on Sunday evening and alot of the restaurants are closed. We stumbled onto the Biscuits and Blues, which is open on Sunday evening. The place is casual and located downtown on Main Street. This was some of the best food we had while in Natchez. I had the gumbo and mini Muffaletta and my husband had... more

This had all the earmarks of a good place to eat. Lots of locals and others flocking to the place. A bustling-looking place when viewed from the outside. A seemingly attractive menu. It even smelled good outside. But we were very disappointed in the food, the service, and the incredibly loud music from the upstairs lounge. A waitress promptly took... more

Wife and I noticed this place when just driving through, decided to have dinner. She had fried catfish and I had the shrimp dinner. If this happens to be what you want, you'll get better fish and shrimp at Captain D's. Rather small shrimp and each of the nine pieces had a large spot of grease under on the plate.... more

This place is recommended in reviews. We were looking for a cold adult beverage and a sandwich for dinner. Service was average, menu was average. Food was just average, Sysco food heated up on site. We would suggest it but would suggest you not make this your "hit spot' in Natchez. Natchez has many great places to eat at various... more

We were in Natchez for the Balloon Race Nov 16-19 2008. We ate twice at Biscuits & Blues. The daily lunch specials are excellent along with the price during the week. We returned on Saturday for a second meal and enjoyed a great lunch again. Highly recommend it. Staff were polite and service was the best we had all weekend. more

Okay, first the good parts. Great venue to see national and local Blues acts, with some darn good food. Really everything I wanted from the music and menu. The problem? EXPENSIVE! Okay, Dinner for two wasn't too bad, but the fact that they still have a two drink minimum, and STILL charge a $15 per person cover charge is outrageous.... more

I give it a 4/5 instead of 5 only because the biscuits are so very small and therefore not worth the $3.95. They're not bad tasting, just too small. The food was wonderful. We got 2 poboys and barbecue ribs and chicken. Altogether it was $33. The employees are very nice, I'd just skip the biscuits. more
