We ate at Pastiche twice during our visit to Tucson, and both meals were excellent. We especially liked the quiche and gumbo - depth of flavors and quality ingredients. The food is excellent, reasonably priced and well portioned. The selection of wine and beer is unmatched. The staff is always extremely accommodating (even when you have kids).
