We visited the Bill Miller Bar-B-Q at 3511 Roosevelt Ave, near Mission San Jose. Yummmmy. We tried the "#3 Regular Plate & Large Tea" (with the beef brisket + potato salad + hash browns + cole slaw), and " #5 1/4 Chicken Sandwich, French Fries & Large Tea" (with all white chicken). Service was pretty quick, and everything was delicious.... more

Bill Miller's is a staple in TX, just like Whataburger! I am surprised that there are only a couple of reviews? Bill Miller's has the best brisket and BBQ sauce! Not to mention BBQ chicken and Chopped BBQ sandwiches! Its on almost every street corner and ALWAYS crowded at lunch and dinner. If your a tourist...there is one downtown...on St.... more

We ate here one night and I wish we had time to go back. The food was very good and the service was great. The only down side was the peanut shells strewn all over the floor. I don't know who came up with that idea but I wish they hadn't. Overall the food was well worth it. Highly recommended. more
