We arrived in a down pour. No valet parking. OK. We got to the Tower without too much difficluty. As soon as we arrived in the restaurant we were told they were having "technical difficulties", which after querying the hostess, we learned the computers were down and there would be at least a 20 minute wait. My first visit to this restaurant. Enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant. The food was delicious from the appetizers, dinner, and dessert, though, I had to send my steak back (rare is not my thing). There was an issue with our seating/reservations arrangement that was addressed and taken care of when I (we) spoke with the manager. Loved the view... more

The restaurant is beautiful and the view breathtaking, the food....not so much. Our server was very cordial and prompt to serve our cocktails, we wathced the sunset and prepared for a wonderful meal. We celebrated my husband's birthday at this restaurant in September and had a wonderful evening. Service was tops, the food was delicious, and the view spectacular! My wife and I went to Eyes Over Texas as part of our 15th Anniversary trip. I don't think millionaires would be treated any better than we were.
