after previous reviews, we had to stop here. Sunday morning we headed for the 3rd floor and found an intimate little bar with a fabulous view (cruise ship in the harbor) and extremely warm and friendly staff. I can't comment on food; we only had a couple of their specialty drinks. I would love take this place home with me more

well this is our last trip to Fluke until the Holidays. new chef has really come through and has control of the menu. this is now some of the best food of its type in Newport. the bar of course is still slow as management obviously can't get their hands around it... too bad it detracks from the experience. guess... more
