There's nothing fancy about this Taverna but there's everything that is authentic and tasty. Great traditional food and drinkable house wine. Service is unhurried but you shouldn't be at Kostas if you are in a rush. more

this place is full of quaint treasures one of which is ilias, those of you who visit will understand!!!! amazing atmoshere and so down to earth and friendly, it is tradition personafied. i would recommend it to anyone. the meatballs (souzoukakia) are out of this world as is the kalimari, octopus and oh too much to mention. try it more

This place was fantastic; cozy, well-priced and not overly touristy or pretnentious. We stumbled upon it on our first day and visited daily during the rest of our week-long stay. My favourite was the eggplant/veg stew with fresh garlic bread, sooo good. The salads and fried feta were amazing. Will be our first stop when we return. more

Was recommended Kostas by a guy in our hotel. Loved it! Great food, friendly service and a good price. It is not outdoors but has a pleasant garden terrace. We are hoping to return to Rhodes Town in June and Kostas will be our first stop! more

Went to Kostas after being directed there by locals when looking for a tour book recommended restaurant which we couldn't find.
