Having forgotten that Australia is full of foodies and that it being a Saturday, I managed to find myself without a reservation for all my restuarant choices and so had to settle for Il Barocco in the hotel. Having rediscovered quality food and restuarants in Aus, it was a shame that I had to finish the holiday with a buffet... more
It's an expensive seafood buffet with not a whole lot of seafood. We ate on our anniversary & they sat us at the table next to the toilets. No atmosphere. Great service. DOn't think we'd go again..... more
Without question, the finest buffet I have ever been to anywhere in the world. Consistent excellence in food and service make this a winner every time. more
Superb seafood buffet; fairly expensive though but great for a special occasion. more
Buffet goes for about $80 but it is well worth it. The range is magnificent and the seafood is always so fresh. When you pay roughly $50-60 at the Marriott for a sub standard buffet, you are better off spending a bit extra to have a real dining experience. more
