Our 1st time here by recommendation and we will be back. A real find, lovely and unique flavours, great portions and all freshly made. The flat breads amazing and a salad dressing that should be bottled. Thanks for a lovely evening.

Everything about this place is impeccable. The staff are so welcoming and kind and the food was absolutely delicious. We ordered the meshwi feast and it was unreal,i would recommend. The Chef here does an amazing job. Every plate and glass was spotless. The experience...was overall immaculate. I will definitely be attending again.More
We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The waiter was very attentive and was very helpful and polite. The food was amazing, we enjoyed every last mouthful. We definitely be returning
It was my girlfriends birthday and we surprised her with a meal at this restaurant. they instruct you to book a table on their website to which we did. we received the confirmation email to confirm our booking at 8:00PM on the 20th August. After...arriving with her and her family, the place was closed. With it being a Sunday evening, finding another restaurant was impossible as everything else was no longer taking any bookings or they had closed the kitchen. Extremely disappointed in this as we received no word or update on their opening hours and they simply wasted our time and ruined my girlfriends birthday. Would not recommendMore
Made a reservation for 6 for my daughters birthday, received email confirmation, turned up after paying £15 for uber for restaurant to be closed, not even a text message from them. Couldn't find anywhere else Sunday evening. They are a disgrace, avoid....spoilt my daughters day,...so angry.More
The food here is delicious. The chef is truly passionate about his food and it showed in everything we tried on the menu. The starter sharing platter is a great example of healthy tasty food and the homemade breads are amazing. Friendly staff, a warm...welcome and these guys really deserve to be busy and successful.More
Don’t let the basic decor put you off. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff attentive and friendly. We had a mixture of tagines, koftas and sides, all were cooked to perfection and really flavoursome. The BYOB also means you can take your favourite...tipple with no corkage charge. Great value, great food. If you like this type of cuisine you will not be disappointed.More
The food is absolutely amazing, so much care and thought went into all the flavours and presentation, we had the cheese bourek, chicken shawarma and babaganoush and it was stunning, we even had a chocolate baklava with ice cream to share and a lemonade, the...bill was £31! Can't wait to go back.More
The best in the area. Great food and Nadiar and his staff were great. Food to die for. Lovely and cooked to high standards. Try it for yourself. Well worth the money and visit. If you have a problem......say it at the time and don't...wait to slag the restaurant off later! Enjoy!More
A lovely selection of food all cooked to order so don't expect Macdonald's fast service! Great food last night and very friendly staff. Could not do much more for you. Having read some of the other comments I think that they are very unfair on...the negative side. Go and try. You won't be disappointed! If you have any comments make it at the time so it can be sorted..... not later when you have said something at the time. A very good local restaurant and family business.More
Absolutely brilliant food, we enjoyed a tagine and a Mediterranean mixed grill, delicious!!! Fast service, good atmosphere and bring your own wine!
Food rather bland and dull for this type of restaurant. Tagine served in a stone cold Tagine! So cooled very quickly. Service was rather unfriendly, when the waitress was clearing the starter plates, it felt like I was being told off when she said "no,...you need to keep your knife & fork for your main, so can you take them back off your plate" without any please or thank you or a smile. I had to remove my used cutlery from my starter plate and clean them with my napkin before putting them back on the not so clean table. Disappointing all round hereMore
We loved M'Deena, the food was really delicious & the staff lovely - thank you! We can't wait to go again.
I took my girlfriend here having been once before some time pre COVID. For starters we had the starter plater for 2, felafels, hummus & addas which all came with complementary bread. The felafels where so so good. Crispy on the outside and fluffy inside....The hummus, i mean there is hummus and there is M'Deena hummus. The addas was nice and light but the sharing plater of dips was so good if my girlfriend and I were at home eating we would have fought each other to see who would lick the plate it was that good. A special mention needs to be made about the complimentary bread we were served with all the starters. Freshly made with our order which was impressive but also was really light and soft. For mains we had Zaytoun with quinoa & Daoud Basha with rice. Very tasty and authentic. Portions were generous and presented nicely in traditional tagine crockery. Desert was the baklawa which again is home made. Frankly, they are to die, i dont think i have every had baklawa so good. Highly recommended. The chef and the staff are all very welcoming, friendly with good banter too. If you haven't been before... GO!! If you have been before... GO AGAIN!!More
Came with the family for a little birthday meal. Very impressed we had the lamb shank which fell of the bone and melted in your mouth and my wife had the hallumi and shwarma she said the chips were the seasoned to perfection and the...chicken was lovely and flavourful. Very homely little restaurant will be coming back. The server was also very attentive and friendly we had one of the best nights at a restaurant in a long time.More
