The food was good here but other things made this a disappointment overall. The service was brusk. We arrived about 10 minutes til 7, the staff was standing around, the restaurant was empty and they actually made us wait until 7 to sit. We both thought the chairs were extremely uncomfortable. What a difference a year makes. Last year, the side covers were down and the waves were flooding the top deck. We have eaten at Mango's many times and have found the food to be delicious (especially the fresh fish). The breezy dining pavillion is attractive and convenient to the West End hotels. We dine there in the evening so we could'nt fully appreciate the view. I really prefer this restaurant to Blanchard's which has been over hyped IMHO. more

A gorgeous walk along the beach from the Cocoloba and you arrive at the charmingly simple Mango. The food is soooo good. Fresh Carribbean seafood done the Cajun way :) The friendliest service too. more
