My husband asked a few questions (we love our food) and our waited knew the answer to everything. Our food was explained to us as it was served which is always interesting. To be completely honest it's perhaps not the fastest but we weren't in hurry so it didn't matter at all. It's all part of the relaxed atmosphere.
