this it is what happened to me the first week of June. I took my family to Florida it could have been the best vacation I've been on with my family except for lowery's vacation home, this home was barely kept together smoke detector hanging out of the ceiling broken chairs lights that didn't work and worst of all broken AC we called to report the AC was blowing hot air 9am and a man came out it was about 5:00pm he said it was low on Freon and frozen he would be back in 2 hours well I called lowery's at 8:30pm and at that time they offered to move all 12 of us and the week's worth of luggage and groceries to another location at 9:00pm at night ridiculous well at 1:00pm the next day a man return to fix the AC unit he had to leave to get more Freon by 2:00pm it was finely on now mind you this house we were staying in was not the house we originally reserved we had to chose a different one 1 week before are vacation , why? unknown and I was told we could only choose from certain homes which were not as nice as the one we had. there was a number of things broken in this house pool safety gate pool filter pool lights, I could go on and on. when I confronted lowery's they offered 10% refund which didn't even add up to a day's rental I told them at least 2 days refund would be except able well we've been back two weeks and today the 23rd of June they finely called up after leaving numerous messages and we were given a hole 5%= 56.00 and was very rude!! so what I'm trying to say is stay away from lowery's vacation homes
