We own a week a the Beverly Hills Club,Tenerife. I agree with some of your comments and I'm really sorry about your holiday this year. How can they justify that? As you say, you'd be better off booking a package holiday with your local travel agent! However, we have always had a high standard of accommodation when spending time there. The main trouble is with the Resales team! What a pain they are. They ruined one holiday for us a few years ago but now I refuse to attend the meetings that we are expected to attend as soon as we arrive. We arrive very late in the night usually (you must know about the Cardiff flights!)and by 9 o'clock on Saturday morning you get THE knock on the door.They don't get any joy with me and they know this, so when the scare tactics don't work, they try my partner. We don't go on holiday to spend hours sitting in an office having pieces of paper with figures pushed at us, trying to get us to buy more timeshare or invest money into one of their schemes. When you say no, you are made to feel like a poor relation and treated with disdain! I would like to sell my week as although we have had some good times there, we don't use it as we should. I asked the Resales gang once about selling it for us but they would only do this if we bought another week! We got caught up in a scam about ten years ago, the first time that we visited Tenerife and the only way out of it was to buy a week at the B.H.C. but that's another story.....
