I booked and paid in full (£2628.23) in February for tickets for 4 people to fly from London Gatwick to Madrid and then on to Puerto Rico with air Europa
for a cruise in October.
It is a worry to me that Air Europa rescheduled the flight from Madrid to San Juan in Puerto Rico to fly 3 days later meaning that we would reach San Juan the day after the ship sailed.
I immediately returned the email saying this was unacceptable and received comfirmation that the flight was cancelled and Bravofly had asked Air Europa for a refund.
That evening I cancelled the the other 3 flights - that is the morning flight from Gatwick to Madrid and the return flights after the cruise.
Bravofly have done absolutely nothing in the last week regardless of my emails and phone calls and Air Europa have not had notification to cancel the remaining 3 flights (for 4 people).
Air Europa have told me I am entitled to a full refund as they cancelled the main flight to San Juan rendering the other flights redundant.
The problem now is that I really need the £2628.23 in my bank account to book other flights for my party to catch this cruise ship which sails on the 18th October
Has anybody else had a similar problem - I just can't get Bravofly to talk to Air Europa and cancel the remaining 3 flights and until that happens I will not get a full refund.
I just don't think the message is getting through but have had various emails sent to "The Team in Charge" by the Bravofly London Office.
How can I contact this "Team in Charge" - Hopefully through Trip Adviser.
But my immediate feelings are stay well away from this company that will not talk to it's customers
