What amenities does Qantas provide on it's flight from LA to Sydney (coach)? Blankets, pillows, eye masks? Toothbrush?
Yes to all of the above plus socks
Great, thanks! A few less things that have to go into my carry on bag!
Flew Syd-DFW early this week in Y and you get a blanket and pillow on your seat. Saw eye shades at one of the attendants station but did not see or get offered tooth brush or socks
Haven't seen the socks, eyeshades or toothpaste/brush for a loooong time.
I finally bought myself a travel toothbrush for this very reason, the ones Qantas used to provide were pretty much useless.

Don't buy from this site ... cheaper in Australia.
Definitely no socks or toothbrush anymore...nor a pe-dinner drinks service more's the pity!
Maybe it's route dependent.

Edited: 9 years agoMMMM .... "selected" flights .... they allow themselves some latitude there. I will find out in a few weeks.
True able, maybe it's for code share flights to somewhere obscure only
So here's an update ... pillows and cushions (of course) and that's pretty much it, they did put a container of toothbrush/paste packs in the toilets going over, not coming back.
Oddly going over there were 3 main meals, Dinner, supper and breakfast ... coming home just the usual late dinner and breakfast.
Coming home the flight was almost full ... I have never been on a longhaul flight before where there was a constant stream of people up and down all night, it was like a walking track and the reason I don't like aisle seats.
