This will probably not get posted, but just in case, how do you get Expedia to respond to a problem after the fact. My wife and I had tickets to fly from Naples to Venice on May 11. 2015. We arrived at the airport only to find out that the flight had been discontinued last November. Expedia never notified us of that. As such we had to book a new flight on a different airline at a much higher price. I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours. As of May 29, I have heard nothing and am currently on hold for 37 minutes as I write this. I think there policy si to try to out wait the customer so the will ge discouraged and leave
