Add a "Report A Technical Problem" Link to Help Center |

Please add a link to Help Center page that allows users to alert Trip Advisor of technical issues. For example: When I receive a private message the reply feature does not function. I do get the reply pop-up box when I click on "reply", but it does not allow me to enter text. I have to go find the senders profile and send a message by using the email icon on their profile. I think that we should be able to deal with TA directly on such issues rather than post them on this forum. So, a link to report such issues would be very useful. OR at the very least split this forum (like the airline forum) to have a technical issues reporting posting forum. Thank you! |

Completely agree, kayeen. The old "feedback" link used to work like that, but it's no longer there! There are some really weird things happening to TA, and it's frustrating to not be able to communicate more directly. | ||||||

Hi kayeen, Every topic on the Help Center has a Contact Us link, but you do have to click into a specific topic before you see the link. The idea behind this is that for a lot of general questions the answer is always the same (and we even have some e-mail templates that we use for some common issues) so we're just putting this information out in the open. Then, if you can't find the answer to your question, you can contact us via those links. By the way, we do have a separate forum for technical issues: tripadvisor.com/ShowForum-g1-i12105-Get_Help… The problem you're having replying to private messages may be a temporary glitch, but please send me a PM if you're still having trouble with it.
