Hi everyone,

I am desperate to find a proper hotel in Martinique, preferably in Trois Ilets. However, it seems to me that there are only very poor-quality low-cost hotels.

Has anyone been to a reasonably priced middle/upper class hotel?

Hi Sandra,

Trois Ilets is a nice place, but not the only one to stay. There is a highway from Fort-de-France to south (St Luce, St Anne, etc) and Martinique is rather a small island.

We stayed in Amandier (check www.Karibea.com), it was good but not luxury, you can also look at Pierre et Vacances (pierreetvacances.com/scripts/…), this is St. Luce area.

Three specifics:

people speak French

the island is a family resort

most resort hotels are on a budget side
