Sheraton Cable Beach - All Inclusive (Nothing In Writing)

Seems like only All Inclusive hotel that will allow mother, father, 17 and 19 year old stay in the same room.

PROBLEM: Travel agent and myself included can't seem to get anything in writing or find anything on the website which tells me what I am getting for All Inclusive for 2008. In order to book the trip All Inclusive I would have to upgrade from resort view to pool view and my total would go up $2,000. That seems like allot of money when I don't have a guarantee of what I am getting. If I skip the All Inclusive should we be able to get by on the $2,000 I was going to spend (food, drinks, water activities etc. We will be there for 5 nights and one is not of legal drinking age.

The all inclusive will include, all drinks, watersports and dining at the Bimini buffet, dolphin grill and Amici's. Bimini is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dolphin grill is open for lunch and late afternoon, no dinner and Amici's is dinner only. Not too much in walking distance. You can add on the all inclusive when you check in for $200 per person, per night. In your case, that would quickly add up.

Thank you! I found something on the Cable Beach Website and its doesn't say it includes watersports and it also says it doesn't include transportation which I assume means to and from airport. Problem is travel agent was told it includes transportation, watersports (non motorized) and that for breakfast and lunch you can only eat at the buffet but dinner anywhere. 2 totally different stories. Then I have read some unfavorable reviews about the Sheraton Cable Beach so I just don't want to get there and be really disappointed this is a graduation gift for my daughter.

Hi It will not include transportation, to and from airport. Taxi is around $20 - 25 for the four of you. I have been going to the Sheraton for over 20 yrs. (previously Radisson) I've lived in Nassau and am married to a Bahamian. Believe me, with a family of 4, AI is the way to go. Don't know why your agent can't get you AI on a resort view room. I do it all the time! Call hotel directly (242-327-6000) to get what exactly is included in your AI. Hope this helps!

Breakfast is buffet, lunch is buffet or Dolphin Grill, dinner is buffet or Amici. Room service used to be included for a $5 service charge, but I don't know if they still do that. Transportation also used to be included in A/I package, but maybe they got rid of it. We always just got a taxi, so we didn't have to wait on the shuttle. Watersports (non-motorized) is absolutely included. The reviews that are more recent have been more favorable. Keep in mind that they just finished a huge renovation and official grand opening was only a week or so ago. A lot of the more negative reviews were from during renovations, when the hotel was under different management (new management was brought in in December).
