If I take a Bahamasair flight that gets me back from Marsh Harbour to NAS at 3:25 pm, does that give me enough time to connect to a Spirit Air flight at 4:34 headed to DC? It's a nonrefundable ticket, and I doubt they'd put me on a later flight if I missed it.My other option is to fly back to NAS that morning and have about 5 hours before my flight home, which I'm not thrilled about.

Not enough time. Remember you'll be doing US Customs and Immigration in Nassau rather than DC and this can take a while (our last flight out the process took around 40 minutes AFTER check-in at the airline counters). Unfortunately I'd say you're better off to take the earlier fight ... just in case BahamasAir isn't on-time as well. Bring a good book ...

I agree this is not enough time. Even if Bahamasair is on time you are not allowing enough time.
