Going into town from Santiago: past the entrance to the Barcelo Karmina Palace, 3 or 4 places before El Coyote's. Set very far back from the street behind gates so hard to see when driving at speed.

Just FYI
I'm not sure i would rent a moto there, really just 1 main road and the traffic is very fast and allot of drivers are hap hazzard.
Its so easy to jump on a bus there, easier then anywhere i've been and cheap.
I'm not a wuss, i do some extreme stuff.....bus is so easy i would not risk riding the motos around
