Hello Sher "
In Digby www.fundyrestaurant.com
has excellent seafood and a very good stuffed lobster specialty but for this one I think you have to pre-order by a few hours .. of course you can get the regular steamed meal as well and other menu choices.
The Lobster Suppers in Hubbards are very well prices and a tradition here in this area. 30 mins from the city on the Lighthouse Route.. www.lobstersupper.com
Have fun while here and wish you good weather,

The Tall Ships will be in port as well "

I whole heartedly agree with Blondie! Go to the Shore Club for a great lobster dinner.
Can you suggest anywhere in Lunneberg. We are staying for two nights in September so would like recomendations for two good restaurants for our first two nights in Canada!
Thanks
When on the Cabot Trail, you are here for the crab season and several places in Cheticamp will have Crab and maybe still have lobster. Check the Hometown, the Harbour and the All Aboard where they sometimes have crab/lobster dinner for $20.
Great. I love Crab and we are staying in Cheticamp for two nights.
Thanks
I erred on the crab season, it is on now, but there still can be some in September . Even if it what is called "flash frozen" and then steamed , it's almost as good as fresh.
Just to amplify what caperbeach said, the crab here in Cape breton is snow crab, similar to Alaska king crab but a bit smaller. It is delectable. I bought 25 pounds of snow crab fresh fom the fishing boats in Louisbourg last week at $1.60 a pound. From that 5 of us had a huge feed, we had some on our Eggs Benedict in the morning and still had enough for a few dozen crab cakes and some crab melts. I find it far better than lobster and the price is right.
Cheers
