My wife and I will be spending 2 nights in Toronto in July 2012. We are both in our Mid 20's from Australia. We will effectively be spending only one day in Toronto as we will be doing a Niagara Falls tour, but are looking to make the most of the day and a bit we have there. We want to see a few sights (like the CN Tower) and we will be out at night. We consider ourselves quite trendy and like to have a drink at a bar but not into the night club scene. So far it looks like either Yorkville or King St/Queen ST West are the ideal locations, could anyone else shed some light? Are we better hedging our bets and staying around the financial district which seems to be accessible to both?
