We have finally decided to go to London next June (yep, I'm a super planner that likes to get all the ducks in a row early!) after we decided not to go this year because of the Jubilee and the Olympics. I've narrowed the vacation rental apartments down to 4 possible, but I need your expert opinion:
1. Pond Place, Chelsea
2. Gloucester Rd. on the corner of Queen's Gate Mews, S. Kensington
3. Rosery Gardens, S. Kensington
4. Cottage about 20 minutes outside of London
We are a family of 4 with two teenage girls (15 &13). We'll be staying 7-10 days so that we can see what we want to see without being rushed. We'll be going to the typical London sites as well as renting a car to go to Stratford-upon-Avon one day and down to the coast another day. I've already gotten tickets to see the Harry Potter Studios tour since we're all HP fanatics and this will complete the "trifecta" we've been to WWoHP in Universal, the HP Exhibit when it was in NYC and even met Daniel Radcliffe when he was on Broadway.
Thanks for any and all comments
