in may we took a family trip to scotland after losing my grampy, nan 10 years ago- nan was from fife, they moved to bristol in the 70s.
uncles, mum and auntie showed us the schools they went to the pub grampy worked in,( argyll pub) the church they got married, the beach and the park my nan used to tell me about when i was little.i fell in love with the place!
gramps ashes went out on the forth road bridge and my nans ashes went over the little hump bridge in the park on what would have been her birthday!
essay over sorry! i have booked a return flight back to scotland in november and would love to spend some time in the park- i hate that i cant go there every day it was so beautiful.
trouble is i dont know where exactly it is or what its called!
only that in the 60s-70s it had a pond with loch ness figure in, and now its got a small hut for childrens crafts. river running along with several bridges and a woodland walkway.
i have photos of this place to email if someone can help me-
