for me it has to be the Edradour distillery and their wonderful whisky.I keep coming back for more.

the Dam and the views from it and the surrounding area are fantastic.

BTW Wee-Sexy-Lynn the tours of the distillery are lead by Kilt clad Scotsmen.

Pitlochry - does what it says on the tin!

It's touristy yes but when you are a tourist is that not what you want?

It has a good mix of shops and restaurants and it is setting is beautiful.

I don't know what you are interested in W-S-L but here are some suggestions..

Pitlochry Festival Theatre put on a great selection of plays over the Summer season ( I for one will be going to see a couple)

The Plant Hunters garden next the theatre is an interesting place if you like things of a horticultural nature. Lovely peaceful place that pays homage to those stalwart men who risked life and limb to bring back many of the beautiful garden plants that we see in our garden today.

Loch Faskally - nice walk around there.

Dam and fish ladder - if you are lucky you may see a salmon on it's way through.

I second Gus's suggestion of Edradour - really good tour and it's free too. Visit the Moulin Inn for good food and beer en route.

Do you have any specific interests at all so I can maybe suggest alternatives if none of the above take your fancy?
