If I only have time to see one, which should I see?
Our choice would be the Residenz and Treasury. It is centrally located north of the Neues Rathaus. The Treasury is particularly interesting. One half of the rooms are open in the morning with the other half in the afternoon.

Only about a dozen rooms of the Nymphenburg Palace are open to the public. Interesting but not nearly as large as Schönbrunn Palace in Vienna. It is about a 20-minute tram ride and walk from the Hauptbahnhof. A leisurely walk around the huge park area is nice and costs nothing.

Ditto -- great advice. Love Schloss Nymphenburg's park, though.
I agree with DougB as well.. The Residenz is amazing, and more centrally located. It might take longer to go and see the Schloss Nymph. Still, the Residenz is huge, so pick your spots well!
