Does anyone know what's happenned to TenerifeTransfer.co.uk?? Their website (also known as Tenerifetransfer.com and Express Direct says that "due to concerns for the safety of the owners family " they are no longer taking bookings. I had paid £90 via paypal to them and then couldn't get in touch. They weren't at the airport! Have they just gone bust?? Can't get my money back even though I thought i was safe paying by paypal.

Welcome to the forum, it is a shame that the circumstances for you joining us are not the best. Can I direct you to the local website tenerifeforum.com/questions-about-tenerife/2… and if you then read from page 7 to the end you will get a good idea of what has happened. There was a thread on this forum too but because of the libelous accusations made this was removed.
