We are about to board a cruise that makes a stop in Katakolon for about 10 hours. Has anyone been on any of the cruise excursions to Olympia? They are so expensive and structured that I don't know if it is worthwile; however, we are also worried about wandering on our own. Is Olympia the only/best place to go from the port?

Any ideas on where to go to make the most out of such few hours is appreciated?
