Does anyone know if there are any really nice 5 star hotels similar to Mykonos and Santorini? Or can someone recommend another island to visit which would be somewhat comparable to Mykonos and Santorini?

Hydra is not comparable to other greek islands. It is very unique - no traffic etc. - Dont go there if you expect great beaches and the usual tourist infrastructure. Hydra has a lot of day visitors and it gets very quiet at night even in the high season. Hydra is nice for a couple of days if you prefer quiet and the nice scenery of the beautiful quaint port and the unique historic houses. If you expect a busy night life and beach fun you will be disappointed.
