Has anyone else had trouble booking Lapland online with Esprit? I got a price of £2900 for 2 adults and 3 children last week for 3 night/4 day trip which sounded very good because I've seen this break priced at £3500. I rang Esprit to book as I don't have a credit card and was informed the price online was wrong and I'd have to pay £3800!! I faxed online pricing to Esprit that I'd printed out and girl promised to look into it and ring me back. A week later I had to ring her myself and was informed that it was a 'computer glitch' and there was nothing she could do... They wont honour the lower price I'd been given online. Can they do this or do they have to sell me this holiday at lower price? Whilst it may have been a glitch on their system surely I should've been offered goodwill at least?
