Hmm, there are actually pregnant women in Lapland (both resident and tourists) that do pretty much the same things as they would be doing when not pregnant.
5 months is not very big (normally) so physical activities don't need to be limited, unless instructed by a doctor. The stomach should not be a major nuisance yet. On my gym an instructor was 7 months pregnant when she stopped doing her aerobics lessons.
A slip on the ice? Well you can slip at your front door.
BTW An unborn child is well protected even in a case of an accident, so most of the worries people have are simply not reasoned.
