hi i'm confused!!!

I was planning on booking santa trip with esprit 3 nights for dec 2012 - average price £2800 - but I hope to get cheaper nearer the time. However, just priced cabin for 7 nights saariselka for 2 adults 2 kids, mid dec for £2000 with Inghams inc husky and tobaggon - if booked as ski holiday?

Which is best choice!!!??? - the tailor made santa or 7 nights ingham???

Thanks!

with the santa trips you get all the trips etc included - with the inghams you are there for a week with accommodation and flights and if you want to do trips etc then you can book them seperately

it really does depend on what you want from your trip, both companies are good but offer very different experiences

thanks for your reply!

the inghams price includes husky and toboggan so isn't it really only santa missing?? or do they offer more?

anyone done both for comparison?

thanks!

We decided to book 7 days with inghams in log cabin and have booked trips with inghams rather than booking santa experience as worked out cheaper and we get to stay for longer.

thanks cadburygirl

Thats what i was thinking as everyone seems to think 3 nights isnt long enough and so goes back the following year! Are you booking a private santa? I did wander whether 7 nights without skiing would be too long though? Are you planning to ski? My daughters will be 5 and 7 and i dont fancy leaving them in a ski school yet so not sure what to do!

my children were that age when we first went and they went into ski school - it was great to see them learing something new and really taking to it and that was really the first time we had ever left out children (other than when they go to school) - it was hard to leave them but we could watch them learning and it was great

if you can, do reconcider the learing to ski for the children, its only 1.5 hours a day and you can watch them - they will be with lots of other kids and the instructors are amazing, there are lots of them who take the little ones so its a high ratio of adults to children in the groups

if you still dont want to do the ski school you will find lots to do, I could just play in the snow for a week!

Still to decide about santa not sure as so far in advance would love a private visit really does depend on cost, probably wll look into it as time gets nearer. Also want to get a xmas tree too but am hoping there will be someone there when we arrive much cheaper then 90Euro found.

My children will be 6 & 11 havent really thought bout it but from what i have sourced there will be ice skating plus the toboggan run and you can hire snowmobiles. I know son would love snow boarding so may well look at that for him.

Im so excited how im going to keep it a secret i dont know. ;-)
