John is right. For taking the company to court your complaint sounds little vague, at least in the scope of the limited information you have given us.
If you would sue them for false advertising, my understanding is that you would need to hire a lawyer and provide evidence that the company has intentionally given you falsified information.
Although Transun may have too shiny brochures, I would still think that they intend to deliver what they promise. In your review you said that there were plumbing etc. problems in their first hostel where they put you in, and you were moved to their other one. Another thing you mentioned was that they had problems running the excursions and you missed some.
Knowing that their hostels are not the greatest and that they run everything with temporary very young foreign staff, I would tend to think that you may have just bought a bad product. Selling such a thing is not illegal - the responsibility rather lies within the consumer.
