Anyone travelling with transun this year have you received your tickets yet? We travel 2 weeks today but not received any details yet other than the original booking confirmation. Do they e-mail tickets or send via post usually?

We got e tickets, titled as travel documents on the 8th of Nov. Travelled 19th of November,so 11 days before we went. Give them a call. They dont look like tickets and have no bar code, they seem like a confirmation but are titled flight voucher. Good luck

Thanks! Chased both Transun and Lapland Trips and tickets arrived this am - apparently they send them out 10-7 days before departure.. Phew! No just have to worry about the trip not living up to most of the reviews!

My tickets have arrived via e-mail today too. I'm very relieved to see we are flying with Jet2 - I've flown with them numerous times and have always been very happy with the service they provide and more importantly, they always seem to take off on time!! (hopefully these aren't famous last words)!!!!

My trip was amazing. We went for five days and loved it. Very busy and went too fast. We liked everything and we were well prepared for the cold. The photos on the ta site are an accurate representation of what everywhere looks like. We were very pleased with the whole experience.

Hi

Thanks for the reply. We go on the 15th December for the day and am a little nervous that things will live up to the brochure etc especially after the reports. Is the Father Christmas in a little log cabin? I've read horror stories about him being like a supermarket Santa! My nephews are 5 & 3 so I don't want to jeopardise their belief in the magic of the main man!

Hi everyone who are going with Transun. Really sorry about all these new newspaper stories that just emerged. I hope people understand why this company does not get much sympathy from many forum members. Do not let any of this spoil your already planned holidays. Just go with an open mind and enjoy your trip. The winter is just getting at its best here in Finland!
