We hope to fly from Manchester to Northern Cyprus (an apartment in Bogaz, which is near Famagusta) in late October.
The cheapest flights seem to be to Ercan via Istanbul, while for 3 of us we would have to pay £120 more to fly to Larnaca. Larnaca is a shorter flight, but how long does it take to get across the border to Bogaz, and how much does it cost? Also, does anyone know how much it costs to get to Bogaz from Ercan?
Hi we got A a taxi from SALAMIS BAY to Ercan airport last May 2008 which cost us £35, only to say
Bogaz is 10 to 15 minutes futher on, hope this helps
dont forget to ask about at the airport and not the first taxi driver you see. they say it takes about 1hr 4o min from larnaca, thinking of doing it myself this year.

We are going to a villa near Bogaz (approx 5 mins away) in August and have been quoted £30.00 each return for a taxi - and told it will take approx 70 mins. Hope this helps. Will let you know exactly when we return on the 18th!!

you can get from Larnaca to Protaras (close to the border) for 40/50 Euros, dependant on who you use.
If you want I can ask around and find out how much to Bogaz as Im over here at the moment!
