Inexpensive lodging for young family?

Hi,

We are traveling to Vienna for 3 nights over the Easter weekend and we are trying to find a place to stay for 3 adults and 1 baby. We already contacted Pension Suzanne, Pension Sherman and Pension Nussek and they are booked.

We are driving so we are ok with staying further out of the city and taking the public transport in. We are hoping to spend less then 150 euro a night.

Any ideas of where we should look next?

Thanks!

Try Pension Pertschy, a block over from Pension Nossek. Our room slept three adults. We also had a refrigerator. In the summer, the heat and lack of air circulation was terrible, but I would recommend it in the spring. They also have a sister property, Pension Aviano.

I would highly recommend staying in the center of town, even if you have to pay more than you originally budgeted. We had our three year-old and it was nice to be able to take her back to the room to give her a break from the action. It is also great to walk only a few minutes to the major sights and to restaurants. Hauling a stroller up and down the subway gets a little tiring after awhile.
