I know there have been previous threads about the Oslo Pass, but most of the answers there came from people who spent several days in Oslo. We will be in Oslo on Saturday 2 October for only one day, driving into the city center from Holmenkollen Park Hotel in the morning and leaving with the car ferry to Frederikshavn in the late afternoon. A 24-hours Oslo Pass would cost us 230 krs per person, which means we had to visit at least 3 museums and make use of public transport to make the pass financally worthwhile. Is this realistic within the limited time we got? And what about parking? The pass gives the right to park for free on municipal parkinglots. Are there enough of these parkinglots in a reasonable distance from the city center and is it possible to park our car there all day long?
I hope the experts can help me with these questions. Thank you!
