www.jobcentreplus.gov.uk and click on "search for a job". Many part time jobs will be at the National Minimum Wage of £5.52 per hour for workers aged 22 years and older, £4.60 per hour for workers aged 18-21. Tax and National Insurance (compulsory) will take off about 1/4 to 1/3rd of that. You will need a work permit which may limit the type or hours of work you can do.

You could also try the University of Huddersfield's own JobShop if you are a student there, bkapeed.

http://www.hud.ac.uk/careers/jobshop/

There were always quite good because a number of the jobs were at the University or took in to account time table issues.

Another good local site for jobs is http://www.thisishuddersfield.co.uk

Which is the local paper, The Huddersfield Examiner.

When I was a student I earned minimum wage for under 21s.
