The Limes Orchard and Farm Stay in Toodyay has had some good reviews. Toodyay is a lovely small town about an hour out of Perth. It is a very good drive up there, and there is quite a bit to see around the town itself. May be worth a look.

There are quite a few options if you're willing to travel an hour or more from Perth.

Boshack in Toodyay has also had some good reports here on TA.

I was looking at Settlers too and they were fully booked. Then I chanced upon keller's bed and breakfast in Swan Valley. Google them, they have a Facebook page
