I am travelling to Riga(latvia) in july time and i was wondering if there is any bus services to Siaulia(Lithuania) and how much they would cost, thanks.

There is bus service to Siauliai, but not very often. Its takes about 3 hours and cost about 10 euro. Have a good time!!!
