Hello.

My friend and i are looking for a car rental for 3 weeks from Tallinn. We are looking to explore Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Lithuania and Latvia before returning to Estonia. A lot of the companies won't allow you to drive into some of these other countries and although i have found 2 hire companies they aren't very cheap.

Any help please from someone who knows Eastern Europe better than i do!?
